SOSL students, Ms. Moylan and AmeriCorps VISTA Sasha sold chocolate chip cookies to benefit Share Our Strength which raises money to fund summer meal programs in Chicago and the U.S. Passersby at the Loop Hostel International learned about the SOSL program and bought all 50 bags of cookies and donated extra dollars too! We raised $70 to supply at least 70 meals for youth this summer! Thanks to Ariel at the downtown hostel, hostel staff, inquisitive and kind travelers and the wonderful students who organized this project!
